Like all my bowls, this one is scroll sawn from a flat board. Wenge is a hard dark wood native to Africa. This bowl has eight flutes and a wavy scallop on the top edge. I applied a hemp oil finish and polished it with carnuba wax. I am particularly pleased with how the grain match turned out.
