Dusty Phillips

This was an experiment with some scrap maple and a free piece of ipe (a South American hardwood) the lumber yard threw in with a purchase I made several years ago. Combining a square overlay with a five-pointed top view causes unpredictable waves in the side view. The alignment of the final product proves its experimental nature, but I'm looking forward to trying this design again with a bit more care.
